We’re looking for a digital leader who’s ready to take a hospitality brand to its next stage of growth — not just by executing campaigns, but by orchestrating the entire digital engine behind them.
Our client is a well-established player in the tourism industry, with over 40 properties and a strong vision for sustainable expansion. They’ve invested in infrastructure, green energy, and in-house food production. Now, they’re ready to invest in digital.

This role is not content creation. It’s strategic direction, technical execution, budget ownership, and result tracking.
You’ll:
Design and execute full-funnel, multi-channel digital strategies — focused on conversion and guest acquisition
Own performance across Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Programmatic, and more
Lead SEO efforts (technical, on-page, local) in collaboration with internal and external partners
Manage CRM/email automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo, or equivalent) with personalized guest journeys
Monitor ROI, CPC, CPA and other key metrics via GA4, Looker Studio, and analytics dashboards
Run CRO and A/B testing experiments to optimize booking flows
Align campaigns with broader sales, branding, and commercial initiatives
Track market trends and act on insights — before the competition does
This is not a junior role, but it’s not about age or years in the industry either. It’s about mindset.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has at least 1+ year of experience in digital or performance marketing (hospitality or travel experience is a strong plus)
Knows how to build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns from scratch
Understands the distribution dynamics of the hospitality industry
Is comfortable working across analytics, CMS platforms, SEO tools, and CRM systems
Communicates clearly, takes ownership, and drives commercial results
Thinks like a business person, not just a marketer
A gross monthly salary between 3000 – 4000 BGN, depending on experience
Transportation covered for candidates living in nearby towns (Varna, Dobrich and others)
