We’re looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist — someone who’s confident on the phone, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in helping clients make smart investment decisions.
This is a sales-driven role, focused on onboarding new investors and guiding them through the investment process — from their first contact with Afranga to becoming active, long-term users.
You’ll be part of a growing team that plays a key role in the company’s expansion across Europe.
Call and engage leads who have shown interest in investing through the platform
Guide new users through registration, verification, and first investment steps
Consult and advise clients on investment options and platform features
Reconnect with inactive users and encourage re-investments
Manage your own pipeline and report on performance and conversions
Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Business Development teams to align strategies and share insights
Use internal CRM tools to track progress and support investor relationships
Speak Bulgarian and English fluently (written and spoken)
Have experience in sales, telesales, or customer support (fintech or finance experience is a plus)
Feel comfortable working with targets and KPIs (conversion rates, deposit size, etc.)
Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically
Are organized, proactive, and able to manage your own workflow
Are interested in fintech, investments, or digital finance and eager to learn more
Base salary: 1600 BGN net
Monthly bonuses: up to 1,000 BGN, based on performance (conversion & deposit size), after the training period
