About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist — someone who’s confident on the phone, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in helping clients make smart investment decisions.

This is a sales-driven role, focused on onboarding new investors and guiding them through the investment process — from their first contact with Afranga to becoming active, long-term users.

You’ll be part of a growing team that plays a key role in the company’s expansion across Europe.



What You’ll Do

  • Call and engage leads who have shown interest in investing through the platform

  • Guide new users through registration, verification, and first investment steps

  • Consult and advise clients on investment options and platform features

  • Reconnect with inactive users and encourage re-investments

  • Manage your own pipeline and report on performance and conversions

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Business Development teams to align strategies and share insights

  • Use internal CRM tools to track progress and support investor relationships


You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Speak Bulgarian and English fluently (written and spoken)

  • Have experience in sales, telesales, or customer support (fintech or finance experience is a plus)

  • Feel comfortable working with targets and KPIs (conversion rates, deposit size, etc.)

  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically

  • Are organized, proactive, and able to manage your own workflow

  • Are interested in fintech, investments, or digital finance and eager to learn more
