Sofiya, Bulgaria (Remote)
Our client is an innovative Bulgarian company, developer of a specialized HR information system for electronic personnel files, leave management, and other HR processes. The system is fully compliant with legislation and aims to digitize HR tasks, saving companies both time and resources.
The team is small but highly ambitious, and is looking for someone to take on sales and business development for the product on the Bulgarian market. The role is fully remote, with participation in events when needed.
What you will do:
Build and maintain a network of contacts in the HR community – directly and through online channels.
Represent the product at HR events, conferences, and forums – through face-to-face presentations and demonstrations.
Drive active outreach (email, LinkedIn), and work with Sales Navigator and other automation and sales tools.
Research potential clients, segment markets, and design sales approaches.
Collaborate with the marketing team (content and social media) to generate leads and content that supports sales.
Analyze results, optimize processes, and implement new approaches and improvements.
What we expect from you:
Experience in sales/business development, ideally in HR tech solutions or B2B SaaS.
Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales automation tools (sequencers, CRM integrations).
Ability to sell both face-to-face (at events) and remotely.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good sense of humor.
Understanding of the HR industry – processes such as personnel files, leave management, legal compliance – is an advantage but not a must.
Strategic and experimental mindset, with initiative and fresh ideas.
